LONDON
London, a city teaming with life, and one of Europe’s leading cultural centres. With 37% of its citizens born outside of the UK it is where the world’s nations have come together in one of Europe’s largest melting pots. London is also an extremely strategic city as it is considered by Forbes to be the most influential city in the world, with New York as a close runner-up, while the Global Cities Outlook and Index place London in first and second place respectively.
WHY LONDON
As in many large European cities, there is spiritual darkness in London, but as one of the most influential cities in the world, the impact of what happens here is far reaching. Secularism is rampant while Islam is growing and Christianity continues to wane. As we've been walking the streets, our hearts break for the brokenness that we sense around us. There is an urgent need for Christian witness in this great city! And this is where we believe the Lord has called us!
THE MISSION
WE HAVE A TWOFOLD MISSION
TRINITY CHURCH CENTRAL LONDON
Mehran, as a former Muslim, is being asked to reach out to the Muslim population in London as part of Trinity Church Central London. This was part of his ministry in Greece as he assisted with church planting in Northern Greece among refugees in two refugee camps.
Janet, with her work for Lausanne Europe and 14 years of full-time missionary experience in Greece, has joined the staff as Missionary Partnership Coordinator. Trinity Church Central London has a missional vision of reaching out to Europe, which lines up with Janet’s work within Lausanne Europe.

LAUSANNE EUROPE
Janet has been working with Lausanne Europe since 2018. She is part of the coordination team for “Lausanne Europe 2020 Conversation and Gathering | Dynamic Gospel — New Europe”. She is also head of logistics and the web developer for the initiative.
She is also on the team for Lausanne’s Younger Leaders’ Gatherings in Europe. There is a great need in Europe to invest in the younger leaders (ages 25-35) who are part of the present, as well as the future of European Kingdom work. To date, there have been three gatherings with a fourth one planned for 2020.
